I really enjoy working one-to-one with patients, helping each achieve their healthiest, happiest smile. During visits, as I’m cleaning teeth and providing other preventive and maintenance care, I talk with my patient about their dental health. With accessible, useful information, patients are then able to change their home care and improve their oral health and smile!
I’ve worked in the dental field since 1985, first as a dental assistant and then as a hygienist. In 2014 I found my professional home here, with Dr. Cordora and my teammates. They are all good people who are concerned about each patient’s welfare.
I live in Taylorsville and my time off is usually quite busy. I’m married and have three children, two dogs, and three horses.
Lead Dental Assistant
I am glad to be part of a team that helps people smile with confidence and pride. It’s amazing to see how restoring a smile changes a person’s health, happiness, and outlook on life. I work in the clinic, where I assist Dr. Cordora with all procedures, including restorations, extractions, and crowns. While helping him, I also support our patient and make sure they’re comfortable.
I started working in the dental field in 1996 and was happy to join Dr. Cordora and our team in 2011. Everyone here feels like family: we work well together, make each other laugh, and support each other so we’re able to provide the best experience for our patients.
I am a proud mother of a daughter and a doggie! We enjoy traveling and find relaxation in playing with, and loving on, other doggies.
I enjoy helping our patients feel at home at our office, always listening to them and making sure they know we care. I actually have dental anxiety and working here, as well as having Dr. Cordora as my dentist, has helped me overcome my fears. I share that experience with our patients to reassure them! I assist patients with scheduling appointments and provide support to our Financial Coordinator and Dr. Cordora.
I joined the practice in 2015 and immediately knew I was in the right place. Dr. Cordora is passionate about helping each patient achieve a healthy smile and he and the team are kind and gentle with everyone.
Outside of work, my hobbies revolve around supporting my sons’ interests in sports and the arts.
I like interacting with different people and building trust with each of them. When a patient knows I’m here to help them, they feel safe and relax, and they’re more open to the education I offer. I enjoy motivating and teaching people proper home dental hygiene techniques and promoting good oral health, so people have lifetimes of great smiles.
I joined Dr. Cordora and my teammates in 2017 and am happy to be part of a supportive and friendly office. Everyone here cares about each other and we’re united in our desire to provide the best care to our patients.
When not working, I love to read, travel, and spend time with my husband, son, and our various pets.
Financial and Treatment Coordinator
I enjoy working closely with each patient, helping them understand their dental needs and figuring out a plan to achieve their healthiest, best smile. I walk patients through their proposed treatment, answer questions, and discuss options. We also discuss financials, including payment plans and insurance, and find an approach that works for their needs and budget. Additionally, I handle all insurance filing and follow up.
I’ve been part of the dental field since 1996 and was fortunate to join Dr. Cordora and this amazing team in 2015. While we’re serious about helping our patients, we’re also warm and friendly. There’s a lot of laughter and plenty of smiles at our office.
Outside of work, I love nature, reading, and spending time with my family. I’m married and have three daughters and one granddaughter. I also enjoy volunteering through my church and in our community.
